You're doing everything yourself. Small batches, manual application, cost-conscious at every step. The goal is staying variable — spending only when there's revenue to justify it.
- Desktop Industrial — B2B pricing on boxes, label rolls, tape, and poly bags without minimum order requirements. Ships to your door so you're not running to the store between runs.
- Zap Labeler — even at low volumes, a semi-automatic label applicator changes the economics of your operation. Hand application is slow, inconsistent, and unscalable. Our entry-level machines start under $500 and apply labels accurately at 600–800 units per hour.
- Rapid Packager — not yet necessary at this stage, though useful for a launch batch or one-time retail order that exceeds your in-house capacity.
Small Ecommerce Brand
Orders are consistent — dozens to a few hundred per month. You've outgrown the kitchen table but haven't committed to warehouse space. Time is now your most expensive resource, not materials.
- Desktop Industrial — ordering at volume pricing, with supplies shipped direct to your location or directly to Rapid Packager on your behalf when outsourcing a run.
- Zap Labeler — the right machine pays for itself quickly at this volume. Our semi-automatic round bottle and flat surface labelers handle several hundred to over a thousand units per hour, consistently and without fatigue.
- Rapid Packager — 250-unit minimum, pay per job. Outsource packaging runs when you need production capacity without adding headcount. Free your time for sales, sourcing, and customer relationships.
Regional Brand & Growing Wholesale
Multiple SKUs, Amazon FBA alongside your own store, wholesale accounts with deadline-sensitive POs. Consistency matters more than ever — a bad prep job means inventory stranded at an Amazon FC or a retailer's receiving dock.
- Desktop Industrial — supplying packaging materials direct to Rapid Packager so materials are on-site before your inventory arrives. One supplier, one invoice line item, no coordination gaps between your supply order and your production run.
- Zap Labeler — our labeling machines run inside Rapid Packager's facility. When your product goes through their operation, it goes through the same equipment you'd run in-house — machined to consistent tolerances, properly calibrated for your label size and container type.
- Rapid Packager — FBA prep at $0.60/unit all-in, kitting for retail bundles, and pick and pack for direct-to-consumer fulfillment. All channels, one facility, one point of contact.
Scaling to Enterprise
High volume, tight windows, multi-channel operations. At this level, coordination failures are expensive and switching costs are high. You need a supply chain that runs without you managing it daily.
- Desktop Industrial — standing purchase orders for packaging consumables, invoiced monthly, delivered on a schedule so materials are always on hand before production begins.
- Zap Labeler — high-throughput equipment handling thousands of units per shift. If your volume justifies bringing labeling in-house at this stage, we sell and support the equipment directly. The same machines running in Rapid Packager's facility are available for your own operation.
- Rapid Packager — full 3PL operations with commitment pricing (10–15% discounts for 3- and 6-month terms), dedicated scheduling windows, and integrated supply chain with Desktop Industrial. Your operation runs; you focus on the business.

When Zap Labeler, Desktop Industrial, and Rapid Packager work together on your account, those gaps close. Label rolls from Desktop Industrial are sized for the machines Zap Labeler produces. Rapid Packager runs Zap Labeler equipment and sources materials from Desktop Industrial — the whole stack uses compatible components because it was designed that way.
