Our ZLA+ semi automatic label applicator is built right here in the USA, is high quality and has a super easy setup. Labeling is as simple as placing the bottle and pushing the foot pedal. This model uses self adhesive, pressure sensitive labels on a roll. It will apply labels to just about any round container between 1 inch in diameter to 8 inches in diameter. To use the labeler, simply put your label roll on the machine, pull the material through the feeders, set the bottle stop, adjust the eye sensor and apply your labels.
The advantage of this model over our regular ZLA is that your hands are free due to the convenient foot pedal. The eye sensor does a perfect job of stopping the labeling machine after each label is applied.
