Common Questions (ZLS)
The ZLS is designed for any cylindrical (round) container with straight walls. This includes syringes, dropper bottles, doob tubes, essential oil bottles. It does not work on square bottles or tapered (cone-shaped) cups.
This refers to the width of the label roll. The ZLS-5 takes labels up to 5 inches tall (vertical height on the bottle). The ZLS-8 takes labels up to 8 inches tall. If you are labeling tall narrow bottles, the ZLS-8 is usually the safer choice.
Yes! If your front and back labels are on the same roll, you can apply the first label, rotate the bottle, and apply the second. Since it is a manual machine, you control the spacing visually.
The ZLS is extremely versatile. It can label small tubes down to about .25 inch in diameter, all up to 2 inches in diameter. Larger containers can be labeled using this machine but with a slightly different labeling method.
