No! This is the biggest advantage of the Quick Capper. Most semi-automatic cappers are pneumatic and require loud, expensive air compressors. Our machine is 100% electric. You just plug it into a standard 110V wall outlet and start capping.

It handles a massive range of screw caps from 10mm up to 100mm. The machine comes with chucks that can be swapped out to fit your specific cap size. We build the chucks custom to your order.

Yes. The machine features an adjustable torque system. You can dial it in so it's tight enough to prevent leaks, but not so tight that your customers can't open the bottle. It effectively replicates the 'hand tight' feel but does it consistently every single time.
