The Origin: Solving the Bottleneck
Zap Labeler was born out of necessity. Years ago, the founders of Presley Direct LLC were small business owners manufacturing their own products. We hit a wall that almost every growing company faces: The Production Bottleneck.
We looked for solutions, but the market gap was obvious. We could continue applying pressure-sensitive labels by hand—which was slow, crooked, and unprofessional—or we could buy massive industrial automation that required a dedicated engineer.
There was no affordable, reliable, semi-automatic labeling machine for the small manufacturer. So, we built one.

We designed the original Zap Labeler to be simple, durable, and effective. Unlike pneumatic machines that require loud air compressors, our machines utilize an advanced electric drive system. It doesn't need complex computer programming; it just applies labels perfectly to round bottles, cans, and jars.
