The XL Label Unwinder and Rewinder can be used independently, or together as a complete roll-to-roll system.
Rolls are unwound from and rewound using a standard 3” core. The operator can easily adjust the direction of rotation. (clockwise or counterclockwise) This labels either to be face-in or face-out.

XL rewinders and unwinders have a revolutionary design and rugged construction. They're perfect for heavy-duty jobs and high-volume. Roll weight is a non-issue due to the Up-rated motors. The motor is located inside the core holder and—once the job is done—users can easily remove the core holder and printed material.

XL Unwinder/Rewinder Roll-to-Roll System
With the XL system, heavier rolls can be handled with ease due to the industrial rated motors. A user-controlled clutch enables the operator easy roll tension adjustment. This allows narrow labels to be rewound precisely without excessive tension. Normally that can cause print errors and issues with wandering material. The maximum roll diameter of 250mm (10 in) allows for a longer uninterrupted workflow, delivering labels directly onto a roll ready for application.
